In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an account on the 52JL platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein.
2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 52JL. If you are registering on behalf of a third party or do not have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law, you must not register an account.
2.3 Your continued use of the 52JL platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 52JL will notify registered players of material changes via the registered contact information on file.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 52JL platform. This requirement is mandatory under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. 52JL will suspend and terminate any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age, and any winnings derived from such an account will be forfeited.

4.1 To access the full features of the 52JL platform, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, mobile number, and date of birth.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) codes associated with your account. 52JL will never ask for your password or OTP via any channel.
4.3 Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the 52JL platform. Opening duplicate accounts — including accounts under different names, mobile numbers, or payment method identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4.4 You must notify 52JL immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. 52JL will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access that resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.
4.5 Account registration is free of charge. 52JL does not impose account maintenance fees.
5.1 52JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
5.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 52JL will preserve any legitimate balance on the account. Funds will be returned to the player following satisfactory resolution of the investigation, unless forfeiture is required under these Terms or applicable law.
6.1 Deposits: 52JL accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, and major Philippine bank transfers including BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in Philippine Peso (PHP).
6.2 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 52JL targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals during standard operating hours.
6.3 KYC Requirement: All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. Acceptable forms of identification include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine passport, LTO driver's license, and PRC professional card. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.
6.4 52JL does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, for which 52JL accepts no liability.
6.5 Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Withdrawal requests that include unmet bonus wagering requirements will be declined until requirements are satisfied, or the bonus will be removed from the account balance at the player's request.
6.6 52JL reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for additional verification purposes where fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity is suspected. In such cases, 52JL will notify the player as soon as is practicable.
7.1 All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers made available on the 52JL platform are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and time limits. These terms are published in full on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.
7.2 Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Attempts to circumvent this restriction through duplicate accounts or other means will result in account suspension and bonus forfeiture.
7.3 52JL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a valid bonus prior to its withdrawal will not be affected by the withdrawal of the offer.
7.4 Any bonus or promotional credit obtained through misrepresentation, abuse of the promotional system, or violation of these Terms will be considered void and forfeited, and 52JL reserves the right to recover any winnings derived from such abuse.
7.5 Wagering requirements will specify the applicable game contribution rates. As a general guide, most slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, sports bets, and bingo may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
8.1 All games available on the 52JL platform are sourced from licensed third-party game providers including but not limited to JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, SA Gaming, and Evolution Gaming. Each provider operates under its own gaming certification and independent RNG audit.
8.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the game displayed on the platform and the game server records, the game server records shall take precedence. 52JL's decision on the outcome of any disputed game result is final.
8.3 52JL does not manipulate game outcomes. All RNG-based games use certified random number generators that are independently tested. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are available in the information panel within each game.
8.4 Technical malfunctions of any kind void all game play and associated pays. 52JL will refund any wager placed during a confirmed technical malfunction to the player's account balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 52JL platform and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement:
10.1 All content on the 52JL platform — including but not limited to the 52JL brand, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 52JL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 52JL platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
11.1 52JL collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 52JL will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law, including PAGCOR reporting obligations under Republic Act No. 9487 and AMLA compliance requirements.

12.1 52JL is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The platform provides the following tools accessible via account settings after 52JL login:

13.2 52JL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or interruption of service.
13.3 52JL's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.
14.1 You may close your 52JL account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of outstanding wagering obligations on active bonuses you choose to retain) will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification.
14.2 52JL may terminate your account with immediate effect and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable Philippine law or regulatory directive.
14.3 Upon termination for breach, 52JL reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from promotional activity found to be in violation of these Terms. Real-money deposits not otherwise subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned subject to KYC and AMLA compliance.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the 52JL platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 52JL, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 52JL's internal dispute process. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR's Player Assistance Center in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
15.3 Subject to Clause 15.2, the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
16.1 52JL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS or email to the contact details on file, with at least 7 days' notice prior to the effective date of the change.
16.2 The current version of these Terms is always available at https://52jl.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
16.3 Your continued use of the 52JL platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14.
